Harrisburg Mayor Linda Thompson has asked all “Nonesssential” city residents to report to the city’s water main break (State and Cameron Streets) with a bucket. Harrisburg spokesman Bob Philbin, says the residents are needed to carry the approximate 1 million+ gallons of water spilled from the leak, to the Susquehanna River for disposal.

After 3 days of trying to fix the leak, the HBG Authority has called Roto Rooter for help and says the leak will be fixed later today.

Area business’s and government offices remain closed today, but remain optimistic that one day the Mayor will be able to do something right.
